I'm married 11 yrs. now and have a 11 yr old and 9 yr. old.
I gained most of my weight after pregnancy and have been yo-yoing with it. I am 46 yrs. old and do enjoy exercise bike riding, walking, step class and I am a slow runner.
I love sweets too much and tend to overeat some days then guilt and restraining doing good for awhile, then lose control again.
