Once in a while you meet someone that you just KNOW is a mover and a shaker. That's the case when I stumbled on Chris Holley's facebook account. Not sure how we actually came to be facebook buddies, but after chatting with him for a while, I was quick to realize, this guy is legit. He's the real deal. He doesn't just talk the talk. He walks the walk. He successfully SHREDDED 200 pounds, going from barely walking a 5k to being, yeah, an, uh, IRONMAN finisher. Not once, not twice, but three freakin' times. And guess what? He's not done. He's heading to Ironman Kona (do y'all hear the trumpets, my triathlete friends? Do you HEAR them??!)
I asked him a few candid questions, unscripted chit-chat about him, his life, how he came to make the changes, etc.
